A more personal extension service

Start with their colour.
Build around their style.

A client’s hair is rarely one flat shade. Subtle changes in tone, highlights and the difference between roots and lengths all influence how extensions will sit within the finished look.

Pattern matching gives you a more individual starting point. Share a representative hair sample and tell our specialists about the result you are working towards. We can then discuss the closest available match, the required length and the texture your application calls for.

Whether your brief is discreet fullness or a more noticeable change in length, you retain control of the consultation, preparation and fitting. We focus on supplying the prepared European hair for your professional service.

From consultation to salon chair

Your colour match, in five steps.

Start with a conversation. A clear sample and specification help us understand exactly what you need before you place a bespoke order.

  1. Plan your client’s look

Agree the target colour, desired length and fullness. Decide on your application method and calculate the total hair weight you need, allowing for preparation, trimming and blending.

  2. Contact the department

Call or email with your brief. Describe the sample you can provide and ask about suitable lengths, texture and availability. Confirm sample requirements and sending arrangements before posting.

  3. Send your colour reference

Provide the agreed physical sample with your salon details and client reference. Explain which part of the colour to match, particularly if the hair is highlighted, rooted or varies along its length.

  4. Agree your order

Discuss the proposed match and confirm length, total weight, texture, price and delivery timing. Check the bespoke order terms and agree any outstanding details before proceeding.

  5. Receive, check and prepare

Check the supplied switches against the agreed brief and your client’s hair before cutting, processing or fitting. Prepare the loose hair for your chosen professional extension method.

The detail that makes the difference

Send the colour you want us to match.

A useful sample represents the colour the extensions need to blend with. Please ask the department how much hair is needed before taking a sample.

  • Agree the finished colour first. If salon colouring is planned, discuss when to take the sample so it reflects the intended result.
  • Keep the sample together. Secure one end, keep it dry and package it so the strands remain easy to examine.
  • Explain any colour variation. Identify the area to match. For highlights or multiple tones, ask whether separate, clearly labelled samples would be helpful.
  • Label it for your salon. Include your business name, contact details and a client or job reference that you can recognise.

Prepared hair, professional possibilities

Your technique.
Our specialist preparation.

The hair is supplied loose, giving you material to prepare for your own extension service. Tell us whether you are working with a hot glue-in system or a method that requires hair to be made into wefts.

Any bonding, weft construction or other attachment preparation needed for your system must be arranged separately. Discuss suitability before ordering and follow the application-system manufacturer’s preparation, fitting and aftercare instructions.

Before you order

Your questions, answered.

What does “European pattern matched hair” mean?

European hair is prepared against a colour reference, usually a physical hair sample, with the aim of achieving the closest available match. Your requested length, weight and texture form part of the order specification.

Can you guarantee an exact colour match?

Natural hair and the available shades vary, so an exact match cannot be guaranteed. A representative sample and clear notes give the team a better reference. Order the full quantity together where possible, because a later batch may differ.

Do I receive finished extensions or a ready-made weft?

You receive loose prepared hair switches in tied bundles. The supply does not include ready-made wefts, tape tabs or pre-formed bonds. Confirm any preparation your fitting method requires before ordering.

Can I see or buy a matching sample before ordering the full quantity?

Please ask the department whether a small matching sample or another way to review the proposed match can be arranged for your specification, and whether a charge applies. Do not assume a sample is included in the quotation.

How much hair do I need?

Calculate the weight according to your client’s hair, target length and fullness, and application method. Include any allowance needed for preparation or cutting. We supply 25-gram bundles; there is no single quantity that suits every client.

What does it cost, and when will it arrive?

Request a quotation for your particular colour, length, texture and quantity. Confirm delivery timing and bespoke order terms with the department before placing your order or booking the fitting.
